Psychotherapy for Executives and Founders.
Founded by Steven Aller, MBA, MSEd, LAPC and Eric Tankel, MSEd, LPC - FoxCreek Collective serves executives, and founders seeking lasting change.
From Crisis to Optimal Performance.
We specialize in working with corporate executives and company founders to help them come out of a crisis and then reach their potential in relationships and work. We treat not only your current clinical symptoms but collaborate with you to identify and heal their root causes.
We can help you navigate life's challenges but we are also trained in trauma focused therapy. Many of us have trauma, whether large or small, that has changed our beliefs in ourselves and others to our detriment. We pride ourselves on unconditional regard for our clients. All genders, faiths, marital status and political opinions are welcome.
A practice shaped by lived experience.
For leaders whose ambition has outpaced their capacity to recover.
Trauma-focused care including EMDR for events large and small that have shaped self-belief.
Sustained support through separation, custody, identity, and re-grounding.
Drawing on 15+ years in corporate leadership and venture-backed entrepreneurship.
Couples and individuals working on intimacy, communication, and repair.
A space for men to examine performance, fatherhood, grief, and connection.

Steven Aller
Steven co-founded FoxCreek Collective after fifteen years in corporate leadership and as the founder of a venture-backed startup. He brings to the consulting room a rare fluency in the pressures his clients face — the boardroom, the cap table, the late nights, the cost of all of it.
He is a proud single parent and lung cancer survivor with a passion for helping others.
A second career, by design.
Before training as a therapist, Steven spent over fifteen years as a corporate executive and as the founder of a venture-capital-backed startup. He understands first-hand the architecture of high-stakes work — and the personal cost it can quietly extract.
He is a proud single parent and a lung cancer survivor. These experiences inform a practice grounded in candor, resilience, and unconditional regard. Clients of every gender, faith, marital status, and political view are welcome.
